Warehouse Consignments | Estate Auction Experts of Michigan

Can I consign a single item or a collection instead of a whole estate?
Yes. Estate Auction Experts of Michigan accepts consignments of any size at our Livonia warehouse, from one piece of fine jewelry to an entire coin, toy, or record collection. There’s no minimum. Call Craig at 313-600-5451 to schedule a drop-off.

Where is your warehouse?
32427 Schoolcraft Rd, Livonia, MI. Visits are by appointment only. Since we work at estates throughout Southeast Michigan, the warehouse isn’t always staffed, so please call before coming.

How warehouse consignment works

1. Call Craig at 313-600-5451 to talk about your items and schedule a drop-off.
2. Drop off at your appointment time.
3. We photograph, describe, and catalog every lot.
4. Your items go to auction, typically within 30 to 60 days. Seasonal items are held for the right auction, such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, our Fall auction, or Christmas in July, so they bring top dollar.
5. Winning bidders compete online at BidItMi.com.
6. You get paid within 7 days after the winning bidders’ payments clear.
7.

Every consignor receives a complete list of all their lots, with a photo, description, price realized, and commission for each one.

What does it cost?
35% commission on what sells, plus $1 per lot. Fine jewelry is 25%, and firearms are 20%. There’s no minimum, no setup fee, and nothing up front.
